HOLON CHAI GIN, Ready to Gift

CHAI GIN, a collaboration between HOLON and Chai Apothecary, comes in a gift box bearing the HOLON logo. Two brands that share the philosophy of "creating harmony through the act of drinking" completed CHAI GIN over about a year of dialogue. Both rooted in journeys to places of vast nature and faith, they created it around the ideas of circulation and harmony.

Deep Layers of Spice and Herbs

The kuromoji (Japanese spicebush) branches and spices used in making Chai Apothecary's chai syrup are upcycled and redistilled. The warm spice of clove and cinnamon is layered with HOLON's signature herbal nuance for a flavor that is soft yet deep, a glass where the character of each brand melts together.

About Chai Apothecary

Chai Apothecary began by making chai with kuromoji, honey and ginger from the Izumo region of Japan. Inspired by their travels, they deliver chai syrups woven from meaningful connections, made in a small kitchen. A cup of chai for a moment that softens the heart and lifts the spirit.
