HOLON's First Dry Gin

MEDITATION DRY GIN is a collaboration between HOLON and The World Gin&Tonic [Antonic], a gin and tonic bar in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Aiming for "a HOLON for classic cocktails," this is the brand's first dry gin.

A Bold, Vibrant Aroma of Buntan and Spice

In pursuit of an aroma with real presence in cocktails, and the strength to stand up to shaking and stirring, we arrived at buntan (Japanese pomelo), the ancestor of Japanese citrus. Freshly ground coriander and buntan peel form the base, harmonized with the floral brightness of hamanasu rose and pandan leaf and the spice of maqaw. A distillation method that combines the strengths of both pot and column stills tightens the flavor for a crisp finish worthy of a true dry gin.
