The outline of HOLON GIN ORIGINAL's aroma is drawn by botanicals from East Asia, centered on Japan. The green freshness and gently nostalgic sweetness of igusa (Japanese rush) meets the soft floral scent of hamanasu, a rose native to Japan. On the finish, patchouli brings a stillness reminiscent of temples and incense, leaving a deep, lingering impression.

A Gin Scented with Cherry Blossom: HOLON GIN SEASONAL SAKURA

SAKURA, from the HOLON SEASONAL series, follows the turning seasons and the changes they bring to mind and body. Salt-pickled cherry leaves take center stage, layered with tonka bean, apricot kernel powder and coconut. A sweet aroma reminiscent of sakuramochi, a rice cake wrapped in a pickled cherry leaf, meets a faint spring bitterness. A taste unique to spring, both vibrant and serene.

Soft and Easy to Enjoy

Both gins are bottled at a modest strength for a gin, to let the botanicals shine. With their gentle sweetness, simply topping them up with soda water makes a richly aromatic drink. Beyond the classic gin and tonic, try them mixed with tea or hot water to suit your mood.
