HOLON GIN HARE is inspired by fruits, flowers and plants glowing in the sunlight. The juicy fruitiness of lemon and Valencia orange is layered with the crisp aroma of huajiao, a Chinese spice also known as Sichuan pepper, for a flavor as bright and open as sunshine.
