A Seasonal Gin and Our Signature Bottle, Together
A mini bottle set of HOLON GIN SEASONAL MIKAN, scented with mikan (Japanese mandarin), and HOLON GIN ORIGINAL, the brand's signature bottle. Ideal as a first try, for comparing the two, or as a gift. Mixed with soda, each bottle makes about 6–7 drinks.
Our Signature Bottle: HOLON GIN ORIGINAL
The outline of HOLON GIN ORIGINAL's aroma is drawn by botanicals from East Asia, centered on Japan. The green freshness and gently nostalgic sweetness of igusa (Japanese rush) meets the soft floral scent of hamanasu, a rose native to Japan. On the finish, patchouli brings a stillness reminiscent of temples and incense, leaving a deep, lingering impression.
A Gin Scented with Mikan: HOLON GIN SEASONAL MIKAN
MIKAN, from the HOLON SEASONAL series, follows the turning seasons and the changes they bring to mind and body. The key botanical is the peel of unshu mikan from Zenbei Farm, a dedicated mikan grower in Yuasa, Wakayama, with more than 200 years of history. Layered with charred rosemary and clove, a soft citrus sweetness and warmth unfold within a faint smokiness.
Its finish is clear and composed, as if melting into the stillness of winter air.
Soft and Easy to Enjoy
Both gins are bottled at a modest strength for a gin, to let the botanicals shine. With their gentle sweetness, simply topping them up with soda water makes a richly aromatic drink. Beyond the classic gin and tonic, try them mixed with tea or hot water to suit your mood.
