It is generally considered difficult to express the rich aromas of plants in beverages that contain no alcohol. However, at HOLON, we have explored a unique method that extracts fragrance into "water" rather than alcohol. By carefully selecting plant types and parts whose scents are easily soluble in water and applying meticulous processing such as fermentation and aging, we have succeeded in drawing out the plants' naturally rich and deep fragrance, despite the product being 0.00% alcohol.
