Our hugely popular autumn flavor, KINMOKUSEI, is finally here as a non-alcoholic gin. To the gentle scent of kinmokusei (fragrant osmanthus) and the soft sweetness of apricot, we added Earl Grey tea as a botanical, recreating the warm fragrance of kinmokusei even more vividly. Enjoy a rich, vibrant "drinkable aroma," like leaning in close to kinmokusei just as it begins to bloom.

A Unique Method That Delivers Remarkable Aroma at 0.00% Alcohol

It is generally considered difficult to express the rich aroma of plants in a drink without alcohol. At HOLON, we explored our own method of carrying aroma not in alcohol but in water. By carefully selecting the plant varieties and parts whose aromas dissolve readily in water, and applying careful processes such as fermentation and aging, we succeeded in drawing out a remarkably rich, deep botanical aroma at 0.00% alcohol.
